Drama serial Mere Paas Tum Ho is a story of love, greed, and sacrifice. The drama is about Danish (Humayun Saeed) is a simple man with high moral values. He works as a government officer and earns a decent income. His whole world revolves around his wife Mehwish (Ayeza Khan) and son Roomi. Even though he doesn’t earn much, he tries to give them all the happiness in the world. Mehwish becomes greedy and indulges herself in an extramarital relationship with another man.

As the writer of this drama is Khalil-ur-Rehman said in his interview that his scripts are based on real-life stories.
A man named Rasikh Ismail who is a restaurant owner claims that the character of Danish in Mere Paas Tum Ho is based on his life.
He posted, “Jee woh mai hee hoon jis ney 2 takay ki larki kay liyae 50 million+choray hain.”
It seems like he is the Danish of the real-world and he has suffered a lot. He is a good friend with many celebrities in the Pakistani industry including; Sonya Hussyn, Zhalay Sarhadi, Khalid Malik and Hina Dilpazeer.

Rasikh Ismail, labeled by leading newspapers and other platforms as the ‘King of Hospitality’ in Pakistan, has been associated with the industry for almost 28 years.
