The Pakistani handsome hunk Mikaal Zulfiqar is currently doing all rounds around the world because of his recently released movie Sherdil.
The actor recently appeared in an interview with Haroon Rashid for BBC Asia Network where he talked about the flick.
The actor was asked about the reaction of several Bollywood celebrities after Pulwama attack to which he replied:
An actor needs to be neutral and to be a peacemaker if anything. I would like to commend Pakistani actors that despite facing propaganda, despite facing bans, despite being misused to some extent in India, Pakistani actors have always extended a hand of friendship and tried to bridge the gap.
He further added that the actors should take inspiration from Akshay Kumar who raised his voice for peace between India and Pakistan.
He said:
I’d like to actually credit Akshay Kumar, who I’ve worked with, for cooling down the situation.
While talking about his movie, he added that ‘Sherdil’ was not less than a challenge to him and he used all decade plus of experience to put everything into it.
