A joint venture between well-known artist and entrepreneur Kiran Chaudhry and Resham Textile Industries Limited, an established textile company in Pakistan, resulted in the establishment of Anaya by Kiran Chaudhry in Lahore in 2016.
High-quality fashion at an accessible price was a perceived need in the market, therefore the brand was created to fill that void. Essentially, the goal was to give high-end designer aesthetics at high-street costs for women’s ethnic wear with an emphasis on affordability. As of 2019, the brand has expanded into couture and premium categories, and has opened its first retail store in Lahore, Pakistan.
