Babar Azam makes History – first player to win ICC Player of the Month award twice

Baber Azam has become the first player to win the International Cricket Council Men’s Player of the Month award twice.

Earlier, Baber Azam was crowned in April 2021.

Following Pakistan’s multi-format series win against Australia, he has won the current Men’s award. It was his historic 196-ball innings in the second Test at Karachi, which saved a draw for his team against all odds, that best epitomised his 390-run haul in the tense Test series.
